Equipping students for effective communication
Lighthouse provides students with comprehensive training in Speech and Debate to help them become confident, respectful speakers while having a lot of fun and making friends.
These are skills students will use in their high school classes that will also prepare them for job interviews, scholarship interviews, college classes, etc.
The NCFCA Advantage
As a club of the National Christian Forensics and Communications Association, Lighthouse provides a rigorous and highly supportive environment. Our students don't just learn to win arguments; they learn to seek truth and present it persuasively.
Families can choose to attend just the practice tournaments in club or also attend NCFCA tournaments.
We combine high-caliber coaching with a relational environment and a lot of fun. Here, students don't just learn competitive skills; they build lasting friendships and learn to speak with grace.
Strong Communication
Students learn to articulate complex ideas clearly, speak with confidence in front of audiences, and engage in respectful dialogue on difficult issues.
Unshakable Confidence
Regular practice and supportive feedback help students overcome the fear of public speaking, building skills that lasts a lifetime..
College Preparation
Universities highly value the rigorous academic preparation, research skills, and leadership qualities demonstrated by NCFCA alumni.
Critical Thinking
Through research and debate, students develop the ability to analyze information, identify logical fallacies, and construct sound, reasoned arguments.

We meet weekly on the beautiful Regent University campus, providing structured tracks for both younger students and teens.
